Assessment — your stylist evaluates your hair condition, scalp health and damage level to choose the right treatment.
Cleansing — your hair is washed to remove buildup and open the cuticle.
Treatment application — the chosen formula (collagen, caviar, ampoule or mask) is applied section by section.
Activation — steam or heat is used to drive the treatment deep into the hair shaft.
Rinse & finish — hair is rinsed, then blow-dried to reveal restored shine and softness.
Treatments can be added to any color or cut appointment — just mention it when booking. For color-treated hair, we recommend a treatment every 4–6 weeks.
